Flat Forms, or stampings as they are commonly referred to, can be manufactured using flat, rectangular, or square material. They do not have a standard shape or size, but are rather a custom item that has many different applications and functions.OmniCoil Spring Works Inc. offers a full range of services in order to create a smooth process on the manufacture of our flat forms and springs. On top of the fact that we provide in-house design and manufacturing, we also offer many finishing processes in-house, such as shot peening, painting, passivation, stress relieving, and special labeling and packaging. Our Quality Assurance team is also able to provide customers with various tests and reporting, such as tensile testing, load testing, liquid penetrant testing, and Rockwell hardness testing.
